I have a question. Why would a moderator need to have access to this command, when I patrol the forum daily, and when they could ask me to do it?

If the Topic would be Offensive and no Admins were on, what would happen?
And I mean if they were off for like 5 to 6 hours, this would be bad, It's like the Mods just have Access to Replying and Quoting.

A new banner to replace those huts, like I said on Whirled. I'm still working on it, but I'll only be able to work on it at school since I don't have photoshop or illustrator at home. *le cry*
Broader forum sections would be nice, instead of just putting everything in the 'Random Shiz' one. For example, one for random chat, one for suggestions, one for chat about whirled and everything whirled-related (with sub-topics for specific things like Trading and Groups and whatnot), and maybe one for like, ALL the forum games and stuff. Since the forum has a pretty small member base right now, things aren't too bad in ways of organization. But once more members start coming in, simply posting everything in Random Shiz will flood that topic, and make things harder to find and whatnot.
And we should also host some sort of event or something that would start making everyone more active and stuff. I have loads of other ideas, but I'll post them later =w=
