Some updates
-Added a chatbox
-Changed the forums theme to make time zones and country visible in preferences
-Fixed some spelling errors.
-Removed inactive users.
-Removed the whirled profile option because it didn't work(Might try fixing later)
-Changed the logo at the top(Raptors request).
